Teenage Student Fatally Shoots Classmate In The Face During Argument

An argument between two Omaha teenagers turned deadly last week when one of the teens shot the other in the face in anger over the victim warning him not to make s*xual comments about his sister.

A 17-year-old Omaha high school student murdered a classmate after the victim threatened him to not make s*xual comments about his sister.

Christopher D. Spears, a junior at Omaha Northwest High School, was at the home of sophomore Dominique Hollie, when Spears made s*xual comments about Hollie’s sister Friday night, authorities said, according to Omaha.com.
Hollie, 17, went to his room and brought out a shotgun, which he pointed at Spears.
He returned the gun to his room, but their argument continued and Spears went to the room and got the gun, authorities said.
Spears told Hollie, “I’m going to shoot you,” and shot him in the face, the website reported.  Spears was charged with second-degree murder and use of a weapon to commit a felony.

It’s certainly that this young man had to lose his life over such senselessness, but why did HE have access to a shotgun in the first place??
