AGAIN! Fulani Herdsmen Sack Suswam’s Home Village, Kill 22, Many Missing

Only several days after the Governor Gabriel Suswam of Benue state escaped death after the attack by suspected Fulani herdsmen at Tse-Akanyi in Guma local government area, his entire village at Anyii in Logo local government area has been sacked by the suspected mercenaries.

Vanguard provides that 22 people were also murdered and their corpses care still trapped in the farms at Anyii and Ayilamo.
The attack came less then 24 hours before Suswam's visit to his home village and neigbouring communities.
It has been learnt that a lot of Suswam's kinsmen have been sacked from their ancestral homes by the marauders, leaving the entire village deserted.

One of the locals identified as James Terzungwe, claimed that the invaders came to their communities from the neigbouring Nasarawa state, catching up people in the farms where they couldn't escape from.
According to his words, 22 were killed and a lot of people are still missing because the Fulanis have completely taken over those areas.
Speaking with those affected by the attack, Suswam promised to establish displaced persons camps around the state to cater for the Internally Displaced Person (IDPs) in areas affected by the crisis.
